1. Returns

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale items (where mentioned)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Opened or used products (if applicable)

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please note that:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition, damaged items, or missing parts).

3. Exchanges
